4.  Getting Proper Rest

This essential ingredient in overall health care does not need any lengthy discussion.  There is, however, one important "sleeping position" that we want to discourage.   Sleeping on your stomach!  You may be sleeping wrinkles into your face. This dictates that you sleep on your left or right side preferably with the pillow tucked behind your ear so that nothing is touching our face. Try it - it is so comfortable and your face and neck will thank you!   Also, do you know which pillow to use for your beauty's sake?  Use a small pillow that is low enough to allow your neck and face to remain level. You don't want your head aiming down toward your chest.

We encourage you all to know your personal limits.  Rest will reward you, particularly in this fast paced world in which we live.
